On April 20, 2011, the municipality of Cuprija marked the Municipality Day. On that day, a ceremonial meeting of the Municipal Assembly was held. Thank you letters were delivered at the meeting for contribution in individual areas, sport, culture, craftmanship, entrepreneurship, economy, and other.
There are numerous examples, starting from constant improvement of the production process, increase of capacities, increase of the expert level of associates, environmental care, promotion of health, safety and work conditions, to provision of assistance in resolution of the housing issues of the Roma population, gifts for the Home for Children without Parental Care in Cuprija, organization of action Week of health, children mouth and teeth, donation to the Athletic and Basketball Club for the purpose of organization of traditional international street race and basketball tournament for cadets.
